With the proximity to Rome and access to the train station, it was a perfect get away into the country side. I would definitely recommend staying here. The host is very friendly. Quick response and helpful. He pulled our bag from the station. Room ,Kitchen and sitting area is very big and clean.
The view from Dmitry's place was beautiful, we had our own bathroom suite and a lovely room to stay in. Dmitry was very helpful especially in navigating us to his place. A downside about living in Marino is the infrequency of trains to and from Rome proving to be difficult to stay out in Rome till late. The location is incredible and gave us an insight into local Italian environment. We highly recommend this place for anyone who wants to experience a less metropolitan aspect to Rome. Dimitri was an amazing hostle. Dimitri is a respectful and kind man. Dmitry is a superhost with a super place.
Everything is wonderful, clean, spacious. The host is kind and caring. You also can enjoy the great view from balcony. Dmitry has been a very interesting and hospitable person! I liked to be his guest in his house. We certainly will stay here the next year. His house is not so far away from Rome. We travelled by train, a means of transport that was very comfortable. My sister and I enjoyed being in Rome!festa-sashe.ru/modules/map21.php

Dmitry's place was excellent, it's a spacious and immaculate flat with great views to Rome and the surrounding area. It's very quiet at night for sleeping and it has a comfy sitting room and well-equipped kitchen. Dmitry is a very nice host, I felt welcome and at home. Nice and spacious house , place for 4 or 5 easily , very nice big kitchen! The wifi didn't work but apart from that great place to stay with friends , good communication with very nice hosts. Very flexible and spontaneous.
Massimiliano and Carmen are lovely people. The loft is beautiful decorated and spacious. There is also a washing machine. The loft is completely privat. You have your own gate were you can park your car. The best part for us was that our dogs could walk around freely. The owners also have a dog. The lake was 10 minutes drive from the house and is wonderful. On the road to the lake there are different Porchetta stands on the street and one is always crowded.
The small towns around the lake are nice to visit. If you stay here make sure you have enough musquito repellent stuff. We definitely come back here! Ottimo alloggio ben attrezzato in ottima posizione per la capitale e la zona dei laghi. Claudia is a very good person to meet and talk. It was pleasure to stay in her beautiful house with a lovely atmosphere! She was very hepfull and the place is very charming. We loved to discover Rocca di Papa and gone few days to visit Roma! Thanks a lot, it will be a real pleasure to see you again, perhaps in St Petersburg in !!!
Claudia was very helpful. I have been to alot of Airbnb on my trip in Italy and this house was more than we expectated for the price. We decided to stay one day longer we liked it so much! Claudia even left us some food and Coffee for the morning breakfeast.
There is a tv than you can choose movies to watch also. I definitly recommend this place. The only downside our phone didnt work for the Wi-Fi signal Amazing decoration with all the things you might need. Might be a bit small for three people or more. Our stay in Italy was amazing, and it was made even better by Claudia and her apartment! It's in a seriously beautiful location overlooking all of Rome.
It's a little farther away from central Rome than we expected, but it was definitely worth it. Claudia was much more generous than she needed to be. She picked us up and dropped us off at 3am at the airport like she promised, and even drove us into the city as it worked with her schedule. We did have a problem with the wifi being totally out, but Claudia said that it was due to one of the large earthquakes that had recently happened.

It is a beautiful apartment, and I absolutely recommend it. A stunning place inside and out!!
It was clean and had everything we needed for a family of 5. We appreciated that Gabriele made a restaurant reservation for us. The breakfast treats were delicious! We hope we can return one day! The family was very kind and hospitable. We were provided with an amazing space and were even given delicious breakfast food. The home was super clean and very beautiful. We lived with Gabriel for 2 days, and I want to say, not only from myself, but also from my mother and my friend, that it was the best accommodation, from all other places, we lived in different cities of Italy, but so hospitably and cordially we have never been met.
Gabriel we clearly described the place where he lives, at the house there is a Parking covered. Gabriel explained how it is easier and more economical to get to the center of Rome. Always been in touch. I thank you for receiving us, it is worthy of respect. My experience in Rome was great and Ornella was an excellent host. She provided us with helpful information along our way from airport to her house trying to help us to arrive easily to the adress, especially that our plane landed around The apartament was very close to the train station and she tried to make our accomodation pleasant trying to reply to our questions and being available for us in case of needing an answer to any question.
I would like to return for a second visit to Rome to discover the parts i did not see in this first trip. Ornella is a very good host. Warm welcome and helpful with everything! Can't say anything else then very good bnb fornthe money. Ornella is incredibly sweet! She was easy to work with and gave great communication. I only stayed at the apartment complex she owns for one night. I needed a place to stay that was close to the Ciampino Airport. The room I rented was extremely clean and well kept. It included a nice bright window, end tables, a tv mounted on the wall and space to store your clothing if you needed it.
I was here in mid July and Italy was incredibly hot. Having a fan allowed me to sleep so well. There is a community fridge that is shared amongst the other rooms. All incredibly clean and easy to use. She gave great direction to arrive at the place and how to use the shuttle bus the next day to get to the airport.
For me personally, as I had also lived in the city center of Rome, this may be a bit far for an extended stay in Rome itself. Overall, I can say that I highly recommend this place. Ornella is really wonderful and would help you within a heard beat. And she also provides a 'breakfast coupon' which you can use at the little cafe in the large super market across the street.
And, I promise the coffee and croissants from there are good. Enjoy your stay, as I did. And thank you Ornella for everything! We had some trouble with communication with Ornella when trying to check in. The first mistake was our own as we confused our check in time and did not meet Ornella at the time we originally proposed, and we apologized and felt very bad for that. However as we were trying to figure out a new check in time that was most convenient for her there was quite a language barrier and we could not figure out when she wanted us to come.
We ended up waiting around for hours just five minutes from the apartment because we could not get a clear response for when she wanted us to check in. At this time it turns out she was also waiting at the apartment for us. She seemed very aggravated that we had not yet arrived and rightfully so but she never replied to any of our messages telling her we were right around the corner and could meet her at her convenience.
She ended up going directly to Airbnb to tell them we had not arrived and never once told us that she was still waiting on us. We just sat confused waiting on her and were surprised by a phone call from Airbnb that finally explained the situation. We ended up having to pay a 25 euro taxi fee because we all of a sudden needed to get to her place in 20minutes before she left, even though we could have easily avoided this fee if we had known originally that she was waiting on us. The unfortunate language barrier really added a lot of stress for the day for both parties and we were left really not knowing what we should do and just waited for many hours.
We really do feel bad about Ornella waiting on us for so long but we truthfully did not know she was waiting, as we too were waiting so close by and could have easily meet her much earlier. Once we did arrive she was very accommodating and the room was comfortable and clean. The place is near a train station and Ciampino airport. The room itself is clean and spacious. Beside that, Ornella is a good host, very friendly and very helpful.
I would definitely stay in her place again if I travel to Rome in the future. She tells me every detail to stay here in Roma. And she helps me to call the taxi.
The room is good and near of the airport. Perfect house to stay and perfect host to get on with! Ornella is a very nice host - she greeted me upon arrival, gave keys and gave all necessary hints. She is very friendly and ready to help. The place location is perfect - close to train station, trip to Roma Termini takes 15 minutes, trains go very often.
Airport bus is just behind the station, tickets are sold in station kiosk. Room is ideal for 1 person, but I think is big enough for two. Carmelo was an incredible host who made us feel welcome and at home in a new place! The breakfast was delicious and very generous from croissants to pastries to yogurt and fresh milk, and fresh peach juice! On top of all this, he's incredibly kind, hospitable, and prompt with communication, and he made us feel so welcome here.
This was an excellent place to stay after flying into Campiano. It's a large comfortable room that's detached from the rest of the house, with a private entrance and bathroom. Carmelo was an excellent host.
He picked us up from the airport, and when we arrived the table was prepared for breakfast and coffee. We stayed one night at Carmelo's as we were catching an early flight form Ciampino airport. We were glad we did - he has a lovely room blue room with great facilities - tea and coffee, fridge, breakfast and a great welcome. Great location for the airport.
We would definitely use Carmelo's place again and can recommend it to others. We came to this room the night before an early flight. The room was amazing, very clean and all was prepared for a perfect breakfast! The room is separated from the house and there is a good bathroom. Carmelo came for us the night at the station and he drives us the next morning to the airport. We will definitely come back to this lovely room. I booked a reservation for my friend to stay here. Carmelo picked him up at the airport, gave him great recommendations, took him to do laundry, and had an amazing space for him to stay.
I highly recommend this place for any travelers. Carmelo, Thanks for your hospitality and sharing your beautiful home with travelers. A wonderful host with a great place, good restaurant nearby and right next to the airport - very convenient for an early flight. Great place, super hostess Carmelo was awesome, responded super quick and always helpful. Highly recommend the place and the hostess. Really great, welcoming host - he made us feel at home from the first moment. Paolo was always available to direct us on where to go, and even offered us a ride to the train station.
The apartment is exactly as pictured - cosy, lovely and clean. Thanks to Paolo's hospitality it was amazing stay there! Paolo is easy to speak with and he was eaven ready to do some changies I asked for. He gave me an information I need, for example, introduced me a cute way to walk around the lake. The apartment was clean and styled! Paolo is a wonderful host - he was extremely helpful, kind, and flexible to changes in our schedule.
The space was very clean and comfortable, and located in the center of Genzano di Roma, a lovely town. If you like a lot of walking, you can visit some of the other cities in the area. We took some long hikes to Castel Gandolfo and Nemi. I highly recommend staying here! Siamo stati davvero bene da lui: Posto pulito e completo di tutto. We loved every minute staying here. Amazing place to stay good trip into rome! Couldnt ask for anymore However, there is alot of noise from planes taking off from the airport which was not pointed out to us before went.
Also, alot of noise coming from upstairs e. Thank you for the great service Alessandra and Mario! We arrived late in the night and at the wrong train station, but Mario picked us up with his car. He even brought us to the supermarket at night. They are really friendly and helpful.
The house is very clean and the house has everything you need, even an oven. So our general experience was great. Alessandra and Mario were great hosts. We had a great time in Rome. The apartment offered everything for everyday use. The bed was so comfortable. The airport is only minutes from the apartment. You do not hear any planes at all. The journey takes about 15 minutes. The apartment is highly recommended. We hope to see Alessandra and Mario very soon: Mi sono trovato davvero bene, la signora Anna e il marito sono stati molto accoglienti nei miei confronti.
This place was great, the owner was always prompt with communication and did everything he could to make my stay even better. He kindly allowed a late check out on my final day when the weather was bad, saving me from travelling in the rain. Very clean and modern apartment with everything you need for a stay. Coffee, water and snacks were left for us which was a beautiful touch. It was a great base to explore the lively town and enjoy the scenic lake view 20 mins walk away and right next to the train station so we could catch our plane the next day.
Communication with him was quick and easy. A wonderful space for 2 people, close to the train station barely 1 min walk the apartment is clean and compact, loaded with all the amenities that you would need in this quiet little town. Massimilano and her wife were wonderful hosts. Lots of cafes around for you to choose from. We had our little one along and there were kind enough to offer a bed for him. This place was amazing! Albano Laziale is a great little town and the apartment is super close to both train and shopping stores.
And the hosts was so great! I highly recommend this place! Massimiliano was helpful, punctual, and flexible for our arrival. The space was perfectly clean, quiet, relaxing, and right between the train station and the town. There were a couple snacks, waters, and espresso pods left for us. Massimiliano was also quick to offer suggestions on what to do in the area. Massimiliano's place is perfect for a couple to stay at Albano Laziale. A beautiful place and great hospitality. Lake Gandolfo was beautiful just like the generosity of our host.
He was ready with countless of tips for great authentic italian restaurants in area. I would definitely stay in the apartment again if i want back to the area. Clean and comfortable stay. Cristina and her husband were very helpful in guiding us about getting to airport. My flight to Ciampino was delayed and didn't arrive until They are super hospitable hosts and certainly give you a family stay. Their house is only 10 minutes by car from the airport, and minutes on foot from the Casabianca station that will get you to Roma Termini.
Cristina and Mauricio were lovely hosts and very welcoming to their home, which they share with a gorgeous dog and cat. Cristina offered us a free breakfast every day and was like an Italian mamma to us during our stay. Would definitely recommend for anyone wanting to get to know an Italian family and stay with some lovely hosts. Thank you very much Kristina! We got to Campino on a rainy night and you and your husband were kind enough to pick us up and offer us warm and homemade dinner.
We are dog lovers and we enjoyed playing with Prince and Kikka. We will never forget your laugh and our warm stay at your home! Gracias Kristina y Mauricio, los esperamos en Florida cuando vayan para alla. I spent a night in the Maurizio and Cristina home. They picked up me at the airtport at 23h30 for 10 euros. I had a little problem to go to the station for Rome because the nearest station doesn't sell ticket.
I had to walk 30minutes to the main station to buy the ticket. Maurizio wasn't here to drive me but I suppose he accepts to drive you to the station if you tell him. Other than that, everything good! Um, Cristina and Maurizio are the most fantastically welcoming hosts my husband and I have ever met! Their generosity was truly stunning, from the airport pickup late at night when our flight was delayed to the incredible meals we shared together to the constant laughter.
We did not expect to enjoy an overnight near the airport so so much. Principe and Kika, the dogs, were sheer delight! We miss them already. Thank you, Cristina and Maurizio, so much for everything! Can't wait to stay there again. The landlords are enthusiastic and friendly. They see you as friends, talking with you and serving you desserts. The house is quite clean. But it may be a little limited because you live with the families.
Elisabetta and her husband were very helpful with notes left on appliances as to how they worked and advise on travel and things to do in Rome and the local area a welcome basket with milk coffee tea and biscuits was a great touch , local restaurant 5 mins walk away does great food and takeaway pizza's that are 2 foot across for only 11 euro's.
Elisabetta and Agostino are wonderful hosts and their place is simply great. The apartment has a stunning view on Lago Albano, is beautifully located in the midst of nature and offers everything you could wish for a holiday. Elisabetta and Agostino are very nice and caring people that made sure we fell short of nothing and gave us good tips for what to do around. I highly recommend them! We had a fantastic stay, we didn't get to meet Elisabetta but her husband was very welcoming and super friendly.
Even giving us a lift when we were going to be late for a wedding just down the road!

The photographs do not do this place justice, it is a really lovely little getaway and I cannot speak more highly of it, it was our first AIRBNB and what a great time we had. The hosts also provided breakfast and with a view like that, you would be hard to beat it! The pussy view villa has a really nice view, you can see the wonderful sunnset over the sea.
The hosts are so lovley and very helpful, you feel always in good hands. Whenever you have a question, you can always ask them. We had 3 wonderful days there. Thank you for everything and the best wishes! The Rifugio di Micia is gorgeous. We loved it and I cried when I left.
Elisabetta and Augusto are most welcoming hosts.
It is a Refuge - small, tranquil, with an ever changing view of lake, sea and sun set. We slept well, had breakfast on the very private little terrace, explored Rocca di Papa in the morning, read books and sun bathed on the larger terrace on the roof in the afternoon heat, and ate at local restaurants with very local cuisine that were all cheap and delicious.
Lots of the dishes were not in our little pocket phrase book. Look out for local Castelli Romani wine with no sulphites for 1. As it is on the hill facing west, the cooling breeze was always welcome. The 88 steps down from the road to the house, as well as the steep hills in Rocca di Papa, were my daily exercise to make room for the gorgeous food in the evening! I am not particularly fit and I was breathless at the top Do an image search of Rocca di Papa The area is not very touristy.
We did not have a car and planned to just rest and recuperate, but there is lots to explore in this un-commercialised area of Italy. No one in the town speaks English and there is no tourist information centre so come armed with maps and a plan. I will definitely come back. It is also very convenient for Ciampino Airport and I would also highly recommend it as a place to rest before facing Rome.
Elisabetta is a great host. Il Rifugio di Micia offers simple accommodations; however, it boasts of spectacular views overlooking Lago Albano to Castel Gondolfo. For nature enthusiasts, there are also trials nearby in the Parco Regionale. The only drawbacks were barking dogs, which woke me up a couple times, and relatively slow internet. We loved our stay at Elisabetta's. The house is cute, well equipped, and very clean. But where this place really shines is in the outdoor space and the views. The views are absolutely stunning--from every room and from both terraces. Rocca di Papa is substantially cooler than Rome, so it also offers a very welcome respite from the summer heat.
Elisabetta was a perfect host--available and caring, as well as being very accommodating. We highly recommend this place. We had a wonderful stay in Rocca di Papa. The view from the panoramic windows is lovely. Elisabetha and her husband have taken care of everything and were always available if we needed something. Thank you so much! She is a great host and we felt at home from the first moment.
It's a piceful place with gourges views over Rome. A great break from the big city. We'd love to come back in the future. Silvia and her husband are great hosts! Their BnB is a very good base to explore the wine country around Frascati. We had a comfortable stay and they were very attentive hosts. Breakfast included, which is a nice touch. Wonderful views from the rooms too. You can see the whole of Rome! Our room was beautifully furnished and clean, and Sivia and Francesca were perfect hosts. We've already recommended this unique BnB to friends and would love to stay here again.
What a nice place! Silvia and Francesco are great hosts. The location is wonderful. Our room was very spacious and clean. Breakfast was lovely and Silvia even accommodated our special wishes. The pool is amazing such as the view over Rome. Silvia was a Great host, with an amazing view over Rome. We were pleased with an Italian breakfast each morning and received good tips about how and Where to go!
Amazing house with beautiful views of Grottaferrata and Rome. Our room "Rose" was beautifully decorated with a comfortable bed and nice balcony - perfect for eating the delicious home-made breakfast. Silvia is the nicest host and always happy to help and smiling. We really loved the stay, thank you Silvia! After having had some difficulties to find the place in the evening my fault I really enjoyed the stay at Liz's house. Everything was as described. Liz was very helpful and I could even stay in the apartment until the evening as I had a late flight. Though a bit apart from the hot spots of Rome highly recommended!
Great little place just outside Rome. Liz told us exactly where the catch the metro where there is free car parking and which bus to take. The place will be even better when the metro is finally finished and runs beyond 7pm, nevertheless we had a great stay. We loved Liz's crib! We were very welcome by Liz, Tony and her 3 super-friendly doggos. Our accommodation was clean, private, self-sufficient, clean linen and towels were provided. Her directions were precise and we had no issues finding the place. Parking is private so you can quite safely park your car.
Nice backyard and winery views included. We are so glad we chose to stay here during our 5 day trip to Rome. She is so friendly, offered us great tips for the area, and was kind enough to drive us to the train station several times during our stay. The guesthouse is charming and in a beautiful area in the countryside. The metro station is a short bus ride away from the house and takes you to the center of Rome in less than an hour. Another added bonus of staying here were her sweet dogs who will welcome you every time they see you.
The place is excellent if you want to stay away from the busy and tourist-oriented side of Rome, host was great and with great communication. The place was cozy and with a lot of space. The house is charming and equipped with everything we needed for cooking. The garden is beautiful and very large and we enjoyed it with our dog who also enjoyed her stay.
The location is close to a tram line so we left our car at the house where we felt it would be safer. This allowed to enjoy Rome all day very easily and return to the house at night. Liz was a wonderful host who gave us any information we needed, and her dogs are very nice. A great value, we highly recommend it! We have a comfortable stay at this country style home. There are wine yard and charm garden. Here is best stay if you are planing a quite trip.
Liz is a nice lady she can give you a lot of help. Good location within 30 minutes of Rome. Frascati is a lovely town to stay in away from the hustle and bustle of Rome. Breakfast was really good!
Barbara is very friendly and helpful. She gave as advices to spend perfect holidays in Rome. The appartement was very very very clean!! The owner were very friendly , helpful and discreet. Certainly i'll recommend to everyone!!
