The reverse is decorated with the names of each Saint in Latin and is awarded in three degrees -- gold, silver and bronze - to practicing Catholics in recognition of merit, and is bestowed by the Holy See. Lapel rosette is present, miniature medal is missing. This gold version appears to be gilt over silver.
